Befriend Your Emotions

Feelings can be complicated. Recognizing our feelings, talking about them, and seeking support are life skills that help us build successful relationships, engage in learning, and ultimately face the world with confidence and congruence.

This module will walk you through a variety of emotions and situations. It explores the four main emotions and guides you to understand yourself better, such as what happens in your brain when you feel happy, why you cry when feeling sad, and why we feel nervous.
